Nouveau Riche Understanding

In the beginning of this year, my aunt asks me to join and follow her while finding a house to stay close to my city. For the less of my understanding about real estate, i have no idea because i don’t understand the real estate at all. But when the day comes, i was surprised when we found lot of real estate offered to us. We just get the price, the location, the building type and the job is done, just waiting the house build.
From that day, i can understand the advantages and disadvantages of several short-term and long-term Nouveau Riche real estate investment strategies.
Nouveau riche (new rich) refers to a person who has acquired considerable wealth within their generation. The term Nouveau Riche is generally to emphasize that the individual was previously part of a lower socioeconomic rank, and that such wealth has provided the means for the acquisition of property that were previously unobtainable. The term can also be used in a derogatory fashion, for the purposes of social class distinction. And the social class to describe persons with newfound wealth and who are viewed as lacking the experience, finesse, or taste to use wealth in the same manner as old money - persons from families who have been wealthy for multiple generations.
I realize that i have found Nouveau Riche, a Real Estate Investment College. And i thing Nouveau Riche is the colleges that enable students to select courses within various curriculum paths that designed to teach you real estate investment concepts and strategies. It’s great site i have to visit from now.
