Unforgetable New Zealand

New Zealand is an island country in the south-western Pacific Ocean. It comprises the two main landmasses (the North Island and the South Island) and numerous smaller islands. The indigenous M?ori named New Zealand Aotearoa that translated into English as The Land of the Long White Cloud. The Realm of New Zealand also includes the Cook Islands, Niue and the Ross Dependency (New Zealand’s territorial claim in Antarctica).
New Zealand is situated about 2000 km (1250 miles) southeast of Australia across the Tasman Sea. Its isolation status develops a distinctive fauna dominated by birds, many of which became extinct after the arrival of humans and the mammals they introduced.
The Auckland metropolitan area or Greater Auckland is the largest and most populous urban area in the country and also has the largest Polynesian population of any city in the world. Auckland City is one of the few cities in the world to have harbors on two separate major bodies of water. That is why there are many Auckland Hotels, Christchurch Hotels and Wellington Hotels that would serve the visitors. As we know Wellington is the second largest urban area and Christchurch is the second largest city and third largest urban area of New Zealand.
